About Lee Andrese:

Lee has mastered the art of reinventing herself.

With a degree in secondary education/economics, Lee began her carer as a high school, then post secondary teacher. In between teaching, she was introduced to the staffing industry. It was that introduction that started a 25-year career in staffing, holding positions from agent to regional manager of a $60 million market, to the head of Aquent's Learning Services team.

But that's not the cool part about Lee. In 1992 Lee stepped away from staffing to get a Commercial Drivers' License, then drove cross country for two years. Based on her trucking experience, Lee quickly realized that women were growing in population and yet there was nothing written about them. She pitched a concept to the leading publisher, and quickly became Golden Girl, author of the monthly column, Driven Women, published online and in print.

Then in 1998 Lee joined Aquent. She began as a Sr. Agent and then became Aquent's first corporate trainer, later leading the expanded corporate training team. In 2010, Lee left her role as head of Aquent's Learning Services to learn UX from the ground up, requesting to become a UX agent.  In her first three months as a UX agent, Lee became a Certified Usability Analyst placing senior UX consultants at companies like Showtime, Scholastics and Adobe. But what she's most proud of during this time, is helping her talent get top pay by teaching them how to create and communicate their story.

For fun, Lee caters to three rescue cats and one rescue dog, rides a motorcycle, enjoys tandem sky diving, and collects unique crystals that decorate her home and office.
